Change!       We are accustomed to change in our lives as humans from birth. We are surrounded by different people in the different phases of our lives, and knowingly - unknowingly, we get emotionally attached to them. When we are around a certain set of people  related to work ,projects in general, our mind is set to be around them, and we feel comfortable and safe. It feels good to work together, and we develop our own little universe with them. It then becomes difficult for us to accept a change and move away from this established universe where we are comfortable.
